Sundance's Mountain View Event Center

The Sundance Lodge Mountain View Event Center is now open for public and private functions on a first come, first served basis. Offering seating capacity of up to 60 persons* in 2500 sq. ft., it is a breath taking setting for weddings or your private or corporate special event.

Catering by the Sundance Cafe is available. Professional, live DJ service is available from Rockin' in the Rockies. Alcohol may not be sold at the Event Center, but you are free to furnish your own beverages.

 

 

* 'Seating capacity' is measured as the total number of persons and associated dining furniture allowable to safely occupy the space and evacuate in the case of fire. If dining facilities are not required 'capacity' may rise to approximately 120, depending on the event and interior furnishings or equipment. Contact the lodge for details. All events must have an event planner or organizer with appropriate contact information. The event planner must submit an event plan along with a seating plan to the lodge and receive approval before the event will be scheduled.
