Swedish: a relaxing form of massage in which I focus on full gliding strokes over your entire body; shoulders, back, legs arms, neck and incorporating stretches.

Deep Tissue and Neuromuscular: both are a great combination of massage to decrease pain, stiffness and trouble areas and increasing range of motion along with some soothing Swedish during the massage.

Hot River Bed Stones: small smooth river rocks are heated, then used to massage muscles and the rested against your skin to help your muscles relax, while the rest of your body is being massaged. Great for sore and tired muscles after a long day of driving, hiking or just playing in our mountains.
